Funds Policy

Paavima.org believes that grass roots volunteer networks are highly effective tools to deliver aid where it's desperately needed. Through our efforts, we ensure that your donated funds manifest direct benefits to the people of Madiha and the surrounding communities. You, our friends, colleagues and fellow divers can help provide the necessary tools, equipment and infrastructure that will allow the area to not only to recover but to succeed; by providing PADI scuba training, continuing educational programs, and the development of a a sustainable and eco-friendly tourist operation.

We believe that it is important to clearly state our policy with regard to your contribution.

• First, we are keeping a separate bank account and ledger of activity to make sure designated funds are spent appropriately.
• Second, we will use this money solely to pay for materials and expenses directly related to our mission. These expenses include things as shipping costs, scuba gear, training materials and other miscellaneous equipment related to making The Shack a fully sustainable community cooperative.
• Third, no portions of the donated funds are used to pay any our team. Our time, energy and personal resources are our gifts to the community.
